Stone Baked Prosciutto & Birch Pizza
STONE BAKED PROSCIUTTO & BIRCH PIZZA
Method
1. Layer a stone baked pizza crust with fresh tomatoes and a sprinkling of oregano.
2. Add prosciutto ham, chestnut mushrooms, onions and Gorgonzola cheese.
3. Add fresh chard and basil across the pizza before baking for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
4. Sprinkle Birch Syrup Glaze over the pizza before serving with a green salad or seasonal veg.
