5ml Pure Birch Syrup
20ml Freya Birch Spirit
20ml Blackdown Silver Birch Vermouth
20ml Edinburgh Elderflower Gin Liqueur
1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
2. Stir until the ingredients are ice cold and strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish the glass with a Birch Bud Tincture aromatised over the glass just before serving.
